7 Ways To Have Kick Ass Day.

Waking up to another loozy day sucks, big balls!

Lets not let that shit happen any more, lets do what we love to do, go out there and really kick some ass! Lets innovate, have fun, love, travel, eat awesome food, make new friends, have a good time, do something crazy, crash a wedding, or what ever the heck you want to do!

Here are 7 Things you Should CHOOSE to do everyday to make a day full of possibilities:

Start Your Morning Routine

  1. Wake Up And Drink Water Immediately– Your body is most thirsty and really wants some damn H2O.
  2. Work your Sexy Body out -Jumping Jacks or Running to get the blood flowing and oxygen pumpin, and do some pushups, pullups, crunches, and whatever else you want to throw in there.
  3. Yoga– This is awesome and 5 minutes of yoga can do wonders for your day.
  4. Meditate – Chillax and clear your mind, and than visualize your whole day in the best scenario possible.(anything is possible)
  5. Edumacate yourself – Read a book or watch a video for 10 minutes, get the brain juices flowin.
  6. Drink an Amazingly Healthy Smoothie– Starberries, Bananas, blue Berries, OJ, milk, walnuts, almonds, brockley, and whatever else you want to throw in there.
  7. Wash up– brush your perky whites, and take a nice cold shower  and start another amazing kick ass, supper awesome day.

There you have it, in doing all the above you have refreshed, energized, rejuvenated and nourished your mind, body and soul. This really gives that right start and boost to having a day with endless possibilities.
